All coaching services are scaleable. We'll start with an intro call to discuss what you're looking for. After that you'll receive a proposal, including costs, designed for your unique needs.
One-on-One Career Host Coaching
You host events for a living — but who's helping you host your own career? Every project you are a part of is teaching you something about leadership, building new skills, and helping you discover where you want your career to take you. We'll use your real, current work as the material — unpacking what's happening in your projects to build clarity, confidence, and direction in your performance, and ultimately, your career.

Company Retreat Planning Coaching
Bringing your team together is a great opportunity to strengthen trust, increase retention, and drive success. It's also a massive undertaking and difficult to do right. The tools and information to create an impactful employee experience exists within your organization, you just need support bringing it to life. I'm here to coach and guide your internal team through the process of designing and planning your retreat.
There are three different ways I work with companies for planning and executing employee retreats.
Coach
Planning a company retreat is a great professional development opportunity for your employees. I'll work directly with your internal team to ensure they are both reaching the goals of the retreat and learning and growing as a professionals through this project.
Consult
Serve as an advisor to company leadership as you plan the content and logistics of your retreat.
Together we'll design an experience that meets your companies goals and employee needs.
Do
Will work hand and hand with your team to design, plan, and execute your company retreat. This service includes venue, hotel, travel, catering, and attendee management during planning and on-site.

Personal Celebration Host Coaching
For anyone hosting a celebration and doesn't know where to start or are eager to make it special and meaningful but not quite sure how. We'll work together to ensure you feel confident in logistical planning and brainstorm ideas for making the celebration extra special.
This is the most dynamic service offered to ensure you're getting the support you need at a cost that fits your budget. During our info call, we'll discuss where I can be most helpful and your budget.
